Notice The Shipping Delay On Christmas And New Year Holidays

As a result of Christmas (2016.12.25-2016.12.27) and New Year’s Day (2017.1.1-2017.1.3)is foreign public holidays, all arrival packages will not be operated, so the time of package signing will be delayed. Workers from the platform division and customer service department need to do the appropriate preparation and please explain to customers patiently. Thank you!

    Hi….I am waiting for my order…my order ID: E17021301947
    My order # is T1701241400487819 you charged me for shipping when the site said free delivery worldwide….thats a lie too!
    No one has reached out to me, only emails stating they have not heard from me so my help ticket was cancelled after one week.
    No truck has come to deliver my package. I live on a dead end street. I am home all day.
    It was not delivered. My neighbors watch out for the delivery trucks too. They told me that no truck has delivered anything here. So please do not make the excuse that you delivered it to my home….I have cameras outside and I can see everyone and every truck and car that comes down my street.
    There is no excuse for not delivering my package, Chinese New Year was over weeks ago….you received my money off my credit card…now deliver my package…..
